All staff were welcoming and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the work that Stefano did, he is a true artist and won't let you leave without everything being perfect no matter how long it takes. Your first port of call will be boss lady and owner "Andrea" message her,call by the shop either will work I opted to speak via WhatsApp so I got a general idea of what we could do and when would be best.you will find that they're extremely flexible in regards to appointments MAKE SURE YOU LISTEN to what she has to say! They haven't been in business 13 years cos they're shit! Trust me she knows her stuff! She also offers incredible hospitality along with great advice! Along with boss lady you have boss man JOE youl find him floating about the shop getting stuck into various tasks and helping his boss wife! The artist I chose was STEFANO he's as beautiful as his name sounds! Have you ever been serenaded by a handsome Italian man? I have and what an experience it was! It makes the process so much more enjoyable! However I didn't choose Stefano based on his looks! His artwork actually blew my mind! So while I nervously waited sat on a red chesterfield sofa sipping on one of the best coffees IV ever had made by boss lady Andrea! Stefano comes to show me what he's come up with for my sleeve! A cover up I might add! I was literally speechless! It had surpassed what i had in mind as a design! The artwork that is now embedded in my body has blown my mind! I'm so happy with it! In regards to healing each artist has their own ways/views on what works best! They've put the art there listen to what they have to say. On your visit you might be lucky enough to bump into TIFFANY the apprentice! She was sat in the corner grafting away practicing during my appointment! She was good enough to suggest a super cool little Easter egg hidden in my tattoo which I absolutely love! I guarantee she'll be a very sought after artist at inkredible in years to come! Watch this space!! All in all it's a solid 12/10 venue! IV been tatood a few times prior to going here and non of them even come close to how good this place is! Absolutely recommend, the studio is great and very comfortable, everyone is warm and welcoming and Geri did an unreal job on my tattoo. Great tattoo shop. Made me feel at ease as it was my first ever tattoo. Was a memorial tattoo for my sister which made it even more important for me. Went for 3 sessions , 15 hours in total and was made welcome and at ease for all those 15 hours. Anatol really nice and talented guy. Will definitely be back for another tattoo with him. Thanks again.
