A deposit is required for each session you book. Typically, the deposit is £200, but this amount may vary. The whole amount of deposit non-refundable. For larger pieces, you have the option to either book multiple sessions in advance with a deposit for each session or book one session at a time, securing the next session after completing the current one.

We prioritize a transparent and open environment for all our clients and artists. As such, we do not offer private rooms for any tattoo procedures, regardless of the area of the body being tattooed. All procedures will be conducted in our communal studio space. By scheduling an appointment with us and proceeding with any service, you acknowledged and agreed to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the communal nature of our studio.

Our studio is multilingual, with artists speaking various languages. We are committed to ensuring smooth communication and will provide translation or intermediary support as needed.

Tattoo procedures are difficult to precisely predict, and time variations of a couple of hours can easily occur therefore we reserve the right to reschedule appointments onto the same day or, in extreme cases, to a later date if necessary.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you fall ill again or provide less than 7 days’ notice before your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be lost.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, the missed time will be charged at our hourly rate in addition to the cost of your tattoo. We reserve the right to refuse to tattoo you if insufficient time remains to complete the tattoo.
You can request custom tattoo designs directly from the artist; however, the artist is not obligated to provide the design before your appointment. There will always be time on the day of your appointment to discuss your design and request changes.

If you make significant changes to your design or change it completely, we reserve the right to recalculate the number of sessions required for completion or transfer your booking to a different artist with a different session price.

You acknowledge that,

We strive to provide timely and reliable service to all our clients. However, circumstances may occasionally arise that require us to reschedule your tattoo appointment.

Our standard procedure is to notify clients of any necessary changes to their scheduled appointment times with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. This allows you to adjust your plans accordingly while ensuring that we maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.Despite our best efforts to adhere to the 12-hour notice period, there may be unforeseen events that could necessitate last-minute changes. Such events include, but are not limited to, accidents, sudden illnesses of the artist, unexpected personal emergencies, or issues related to the studio environment such as equipment failures, health and safety concerns, or other operational disruptions.

In these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in accommodating these adjustments. We recognize the inconvenience that rescheduling can cause and are committed to minimizing disruptions.

Our team will work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time that suits your needs. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in these rare instances, and we assure you that such decisions are made with the utmost consideration for both your time and the quality of our service.

Our staff are expected to treat individuals with courtesy, respect and fairness. Similarly, we expect our staff to be treated in the same way. We have a duty to protect the welfare and safety of staff. When individuals behave unacceptably or unreasonably they put their deposit to risk.
I acknowledge that there may be variations in color and design between the tattoo art I have chosen and the actual tattoo once applied to my body. Additionally, I understand that over time, the colors and clarity of my tattoo may fade due to exposure to the sun and natural dispersion of pigment under the skin.

I understand that a tattoo is a permanent alteration to my appearance and can only be removed through laser or surgical means, which may be disfiguring and costly, and may not fully restore my skin to its pre-tattoo appearance.

I grant permission for any photographs taken of my tattoo (excluding my face) to be reproduced in print or electronic form. If I do not agree to this provision, I will inform the artist not to share any pictures of me and my tattoo. However, after leaving the studio, I cannot revoke the studio’s rights over the pictures and videos taken.

I understand if I choose not to release the rights, photos will still be taken for quality assurance purposes.

I acknowledge and agree to the Tattoo Studio’s NO REFUND policy on tattoos and/or retail sales, and I will not request a refund for any reason.

I agree to reimburse the Tattoo Studio for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred if I bring legal action against the studio or the artist, and they are the prevailing party. I agree that the courts located in the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction and venue over me for any disputes arising from or related to this agreement.

I understand that it is my responsibility to properly care for my new tattoo and to follow the artist’s aftercare instructions. The studio recommends using aftercare products specifically made for tattoos, and aftercare instructions will be provided. Aftercare cream is also available for purchase in the studio.

I understand that the studio or artist is not responsible for investigating my mental health or ensuring I have permission from my relatives.

I acknowledge that applying numbing cream to the procedure area without prior confirmation forfeits my entitlement to a free retouch, as the cream can impact the process and potentially affect healing.

I understand that a cover-up, especially over heavily inked areas, may not completely conceal the old tattoo, and some of the old ink may still be visible through the new design.

I acknowledge that if the artist is unable to complete the tattoo due to my inability to sit through the entire session, I am still obligated to pay the full amount.

At our studio, we set the prices for our tattoo services at our discretion, taking into account various factors such as the design complexity, size, detail, placement, and the artist’s expertise. With the signature below you acknowledge that these prices are determined solely by us and may vary accordingly.

Once a price is agreed upon between you and our studio, it is deemed final and binding. You agree to the stipulated price without the right to contest or complain after the agreement is made. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding in the pricing process.

It is important to note that initial price estimates and the projected number of sessions required for completing a tattoo are approximations.

Tattooing is a highly intricate process, and several variables can affect the final cost and duration. Factors such as skin type, healing rate, design modifications, color saturation, and the need for additional detailing can influence the total number of sessions and the overall cost.
Due to these unpredictable elements, the actual price and time required may differ from the initial estimate.

You’re advised to consider these potential variations when planning for your tattoo. We strive to provide accurate estimates; however, clients accept that adjustments may be necessary as the tattoo progresses. By proceeding with our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and accept any resulting changes in pricing or session duration as necessary for achieving the desired tattoo outcome.

By allowing the artist to begin the tattooing process, I acknowledge and agree that the stencil applied has been reviewed and approved.

I acknowledge, I and only myself is responsible for ensuring that the stencil placement, design, and details are to their satisfaction before the tattooing process begins.

Once the tattooing process has started, any mistakes or issues related to the stencil, including but not limited to design placement, size, and orientation, are not the responsibility of the studio or the artist.

I acknowledge it is the my duty to communicate any concerns or desired adjustments before the tattooing begins.

By proceeding with the tattoo, I waive the right to hold the studio or the artist liable for any discrepancies or errors that could have been addressed prior to the commencement of the tattoo.

In the event that an artist terminates their contract with our studio before completing a long-term tattoo project, the studio assumes responsibility for addressing the situation.
While we strive to maintain consistent contracts with our artists to ensure continuity and satisfaction for our clients, circumstances may arise where this is not possible. If an artist leaves the studio before finishing a long-term project, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives, such as assigning another qualified artist to complete the work.
However, we cannot guarantee that the new artist will have the same style or approach as the original artist.

By commencing a long-term tattoo project with our studio, clients acknowledge and accept these potential risks and agree that the studio will not be held liable for any differences in artistic style or approach resulting from a change in artist.

We reserve the right to count a full day for a big tattoo session(as previously agreed), even if it doesn’t take the full six hours to complete, due to our artists expertise and how well customers followed our preparation tips. The cost for a full day session remains the same, regardless of the actual time taken.
