Terms and Conditions
Please read the below very carefully, as you will agree to these terms and conditions automatically by paying the holding deposit, without signing this document.
A deposit is required for each session you book. Typically, the deposit is £200, but this amount may vary. The whole amount of deposit is non-refundable. For larger pieces, you have the option to either book multiple sessions in advance with a deposit for each session or book one session at a time, securing the next session after completing the current one.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
We prioritize a transparent and open environment for all our clients and artists. As such, we do not offer private rooms for any tattoo procedures, regardless of the area of the body being tattooed. All procedures will be conducted in our communal studio space. By scheduling an appointment with us and proceeding with any service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Our studio is multilingual, with artists speaking various languages. We are committed to ensuring smooth communication and will provide translation or intermediary support as needed.
Tattoo procedures are difficult to precisely predict, and time variations of a couple of hours can easily occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments onto the same day or, in extreme cases, to a later date if necessary.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If you fall ill again or provide less than 7 days’ notice before your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be lost.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, the missed time will be charged at our hourly rate in addition to the cost of your tattoo. We reserve the right to refuse to tattoo you if insufficient time remains to complete the tattoo.
You can request custom tattoo designs directly from the artist; however, the artist is not obligated to provide the design before your appointment. There will always be time on the day of your appointment to discuss your design and request changes.
If you make significant changes to your design or change it completely, we reserve the right to recalculate the number of sessions required for completion or transfer your booking to a different artist with a different session price.
We strive to provide timely and reliable service to all our clients. However, circumstances may occasionally arise that require us to reschedule your tattoo appointment.
Our standard procedure is to notify clients of any necessary changes to their scheduled appointment times with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen events such as accidents, sudden illness of the artist, unexpected emergencies, equipment failures, or health and safety concerns may necessitate last-minute changes.
In these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.
Our staff is expected to treat individuals with courtesy, respect, and fairness. Similarly, we expect our staff to be treated in the same way. Any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
I acknowledge that there may be variations in color and design between the tattoo art I have chosen and the actual tattoo once applied to my body. Additionally, I understand that over time, the colors and clarity of my tattoo may fade due to sun exposure and the natural dispersion of pigment under the skin.
I understand that a tattoo is a permanent alteration to my appearance and can only be removed through laser or surgical means, which may be disfiguring and costly, and may not fully restore my skin.
I grant permission for any photographs taken of my tattoo (excluding my face) to be reproduced in print or electronic form. If I do not agree, I will inform the artist. However, after leaving the studio, I cannot revoke the studio’s rights over the pictures and videos taken. Photos may still be taken for quality assurance purposes.
I acknowledge and agree to the Tattoo Studio’s NO REFUND policy on tattoos and/or retail sales, and I will not request a refund for any reason.
I agree to reimburse the Tattoo Studio for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred if I bring legal action against the studio or artist, and they are the prevailing party. I agree that the courts located in the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
I understand that it is my responsibility to properly care for my tattoo and follow the artist’s aftercare instructions. Aftercare cream is available for purchase in the studio.
I understand that the studio or artist is not responsible for investigating my mental health or ensuring I have permission from relatives.
I acknowledge that applying numbing cream to the procedure area without prior confirmation forfeits my entitlement to a free retouch, as the cream may impact the process and healing.
I understand that a cover-up, especially over heavily inked areas, may not completely conceal the old tattoo.
I acknowledge that if the artist is unable to complete the tattoo due to my inability to sit through the entire session, I am still obligated to pay the full amount.
At our studio, tattoo service prices are set at our discretion based on design complexity, size, placement, and artist’s expertise. Once a price is agreed upon, it is final and binding. Initial estimates and projected sessions are approximations only, and final cost/time may vary.
By proceeding, you agree to accept adjustments in pricing or session duration if necessary.
By allowing the artist to begin tattooing, I acknowledge and agree that the stencil applied has been reviewed and approved by me. Once the tattoo begins, any issues related to the stencil placement, size, or orientation are my responsibility.
If an artist leaves the studio before completing a long-term tattoo project, the studio will make efforts to assign another artist, but cannot guarantee the same style. Clients acknowledge and accept this risk.
We reserve the right to count a full day for a big tattoo session (as previously agreed), even if it does not take the full six hours, due to the artist’s expertise and preparation. The cost for a full-day session remains the same regardless of actual time taken.
